Salma Hayek and her rarely seen daughter Valentina, 16, twin in purple outfits

 Salma Hayek looked sensational as she attended the BECKHAM documentary afterparty alongside her daughter Valentina Pinault, 16, on Tuesday night. 

The mother and daughter twinned in co-ordinated purple outfits as they put on a glamorous display while leaving The Twenty Two private members' club.

The actress, 57, wowed in a deep purple silk gown with ruched detailing which hugged her enviable curves perfectly. 

The star oozed confidence in the full length gown which she paired with chunky platform black heels.

Salma's daughter Valentina matched the colour of her mother's dress in a purple and black mini dress which she paired with black tights. 

Valentina, whose father is French billionaire businessman François-Henri Pinault, 61, completed the look with a black blazer and, handbag and heels. 

The teen is very much following in the footsteps of her famous mother, and last year, appeared on her first ever Vogue cover for the publication's Mexican edition.

In March, she accompanied Salma to both the 95th Annual Academy Awards and the Vanity Fair Oscars afterparty. 

Salma and François-Henri have been in a relationship since 2006 and tied the knot in Paris in 2009.

He is the son of billionaire French businessman Francois Pinault, whose company Kering bought Gucci and Yves Saint Laurent in the 90s.

His company also owns Boucheron, Balenciaga, and the British fashion house Alexander McQueen. 

François-Henri took over from his father as CEO of Kering in 2005 and also owns Stade Rennais FC, a French soccer team.

Prior to meeting the actress, François-Henri was married to Dorothee Lepere, with whom he shares a son and daughter named Francois and Mathilde.
